By using Quanta Clip you agree to these terms. Please read them - they're short.
The service
Quanta Clip turns long videos into short clips with captions, reframing and editing tools. Clipping runs in your browser. We may change, add or remove features over time.
Your account
You sign in with Google and are responsible for what happens on your account. Usernames must not be rude, hateful or pretend to be someone else.
Your videos
Only clip videos you own or have permission to use. You keep all rights to your content. By sharing a clip to Community you let us show it on the site until you remove it.
Things you must not do
- Upload or share illegal, hateful, sexual or violent content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
- Harass other people, spam, or try to break, overload or get around limits of the service.
- Use the service to download videos you don't have the right to.
We can remove content and warn, mute, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.
Free credits and plans
Free accounts get 200 credits in the first month and 100 credits on the 1st of each month after. Unused credits don't roll over. One credit is about 10 MB of saved clips. Plus and Pro are paid monthly or yearly through Stripe, renew automatically, and can be cancelled at any time from Manage billing - you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Prices are shown on the Plans page and may change with notice.
Refunds
If something went wrong with a payment, contact us and we'll look at it. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Availability
We try to keep Quanta Clip running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copies of clips that matter to you.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or lost content. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop using Quanta Clip at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end accounts that break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
